All who have mentioned that they successfully unlocked their X2 55BE to quads (processor has to be stable with all 4 cores) may have bought their chip some months back. New batches of X2 555BE might not unlock successfully. Please do check the batch.

Sorry for the mistake. For me, it will always be- Card needs 2 power connectors? Get VX550 or any good quality PSU that has 2x PCIe connectors native. :) With your config, 5770+CX400 is ok too. :)

I have heard quite a few horror stories on Tirupati past couple of years. Sending faulty/dead gfx cards in rma again and again till warranty was over. Denial to rma boards, esp Abit. etc etc In fact i have even heard that MSI has dissociated itself from Tirupati's services now- not sure...
