which motherboard do u have....there was a similar thread earlier in which this was answered as well.....the pins will be numbered....find the pin which says (1) and use 1-2-3 leave the 4th blank.

small thing, this is something u can fix by your self! - all u need to do is open up the front lcd panel (not even remove the lcd), just the front housing and find the "lcd inverter" (its usually at the bottom)....remove it.... go to the local market, search for it .....buy it , fix it , done...

+1 to the above....if the one with more warranty is not found, a person would buy the costlier one with even less warranty

its just better heard at an interview..... its better to say - "I was working there for 1 yr" than saying "I was working there for 11 months" completely, 100% psychological as u said....but just carries the weightage around.
