    ^ Dude, CPU is not the only component if that list and neither I've explicitly mentioned the processor. 8320 is fine, but that motherboard is not at all good for a chip with such high TDP. Also, you don't need a 750 W PSU as it will be a waste.

    Plastic can develop static which can damage the components. Cardboard is a better choice.

    Instead, what you can do is insert a thin piece of cardboard of the size of graphic card's PCB between the card and cooler.

    Although I didn't read that link, I can tell from my experience that I never faced any issue with Intel (or any other manufacturer's) 64 bit drivers neither with Windows 7 nor with Windows 8 even with overclocked IGP.

    The is still a small space between the heat sink and graphic card. You may fix an additional side panel fan to compensate airflow at graphic card.

    i3 2xxx is second generation and i3 3xxx is third generation chip. There is not a big performance difference, but still it's always better to get the newer chip. Although Haswell is also available but at it's current price is not a VFM.

    What issues are you talking about? Requirement of signed drivers in not an issue. If you absolutely need to install an unsigned driver, you can disable signature check during Windows boot just for the installation.
