i had noticed this on my uncle's pc with dual core E5700(1 core at 3ghz and other at 1.8 ghz) long time back. i could not remember what exactly i did, but i think i have changed the multiplier from default 9 to 15 which enabled both cores to work at 3ghz speed.

you may skip powercolor. get from asus,sapphire or gigabyte.

8320 is an 8 core cpu and consumes large power which cheaper motherboards cant handle. so dont compromise on motherboard.

CPU is the processor and not includes other parts like gpu ,hdd etc......

learn it. there is a 3 part video from newegg on how to assemble a pc.check it on youtube. download all and watch carefully. do not depend on others. do it your own (with care).

get from wherever cheaper. i dont know how good is the asus monitor from dell s2240l.its price is almost double. 280x is not really bad.but dont pay 26 or 28k. try to find it under 24k.

wasn't the olde 520c ? the non c uses a different one afaik.
