Are all of the above listed switches compatible with any Logitech mouse? Is it just a difference of click rating and operating force? For context, I have an old G102 1st gen whose switch I'd like to replace as well.

Just putting this out there, I don't think you can do Far Cry Primal with just an iGPU at 1080p. And considering you are stressing on Intel, I guess that would rule out one decent option, that being the Ryzen 5 5600G which could do GTA V 60fps @ 1080p and maybe 30fps for Far Cry at low-medium.

The problem being caused by a router setting seems unlikely considering it's working on other devices. You're free to try but I'd say leave the router settings as is or reset it if you've made a bunch of changes.
