Why would it do tht when its clearly written "Create installation media for another PC"...... so its creating a general purpose iso, not PC specific.... Only option it gives it "Home" or "Pro"....... "language"...... "x86" or "x64"....... and downloads the iso....... It doesnt even scan the PC...

iso size shouldnt vary from user to user...... based on your 3 points...... after all, we are downloading from the Media Creation Tool..... which is creating iso for installation on another PC..... so it has to include everything all the time.... so size has to be same for all users..... size...
