@BikeAdvice How do u find the drive in terms of boot times, application speeds???? R u finally happy with ur Corsair drive?? Also how much free space remains after Windows 7 SP1, office and stuff???? Will 60GB SSD be enuf for atleast 2 games like SC2 and MW3 something??

True..... it seems false advertising but then all the manufacturers must be using same technique to determine speeds...... So Corsair cant be singled out.... BTW...... Corsair has mentioned "Max Sequential Read/Write (using ATTO Disk Benchmark)" on every Force 3 and GT product so not its not...

Wht happened to the other Corsair 120GB SSD???? Did u chk its performance as well???

Use other softwares to determine speed....... Also do enable tht Write cache tht @Infected said...... but I am under the impression tht write cache is a feature only on Z68 boards..... Since both the ports 6 and 3GBps r giving same speeds means some problem with drivers..... I remember u...

As per Intel website the board has 2 SATA 6GBps ports...... problem might be with the SATA drivers or the SSD is plugged into SATA 3GBps port.......

Just wanted to know wht to look for when buying SSD's....... meaning which speeds...... sequential or Random...... etc Anandtech benchmarks gives lots of tests...... so wanted to know which tests to look for......

So....... which one did u buy???? 120GB or 60+60GB??? If still to buy then I would suggest going for Corsair Force 3 120GB...... its SATA 3 but SATA 2 compatible..... so kinda future proof and local warranty...... Or go for Kingston for a 64+64GB RAID config.......

Its better to hav Corsair with local service centers than with OCZ........ which u'll hav to keep shipping out to US or some SEA countries for service!

No downtime..... but ping has been 50ms more than usual...... not tht, tht is a prob.... just an observation.......

How abt the Corsair Force 3 120GB SATA3 SSD?? Plus I hear the Corsair A.S.S is much better than others....... also the price is just arnd 10k than Intel's 12K....... I am also looking to buy a SSD of 120GB....... preferring Corsair over OCZ cause of local warranty.......

thts correct! Mine too doesnt detect more than 1 usb drive on the usb hub....... this is not a problem...... more like a h/w limitation on the samsung usb port or driver......

Using utorrent 3.0 am getting "Invalid download state: Resume to fix" error on some torrents..... mostly on larger torrents like say, just for eg BF3 or CODMW3 The problem is I keep such torrents for downloading at night and in the morning when I chk them they r stuck at some point with this...

I hav LED UA40B7000..... and an USB Hub as well as USB extender cord works on it...... But u should not connect more than 1 drive to the USB Hub or else the TV wont recognize it..... Just with 1 drive connected to the HUb it will work on the TV........ so its better to hav a USB extender cord....
