Well on my evga 7800gt i ran RHTDRIBL on one core and prime on another. Checked the temps after 1 hour.Gpu never went above 68c.Have a 92mm panaflo directly blowing over it.

What is the break-up? Get a8n-e if u are not going sli. But still go with dfi ultra-d for good stability at high oc. Try prime abgb or if u dont get there,then itdepot,its in stock out there.

U talking abt fans. I have 2 120mm fans@140cfm 3 80mm sunon fans and 1 92mm panaflo fan in my cabinet. My gfx card dropped a superb 10c at full load due to that. Also chipset went from 58c to 51c at load. No effect on pwmic since it is located at a wierd location. Maybe i will introduce 1 more...

Well for my dfi ultra-d, the chipset temp is 52c max at 100% full load on both cores,while the pwmic goes to 62c. Havent experienced any freezing as of yet.

ccbwe 0550 upmw/vpmw they are great overclockers. then comes 0551,dont buy 06xx ones,heard their oc capability is very mediocre from many forums.

Guys, 3500+ is abt 10500. opty 144 will be 9 max Opty has 1 mb cache will be helpful for him in apps like maya where he will need it. Even a bad yield opty,suppose even if he gets it will easily do 3500+ speeds. Iamrahul check with ur dealer if u can just get the stepping code of the opty 144...
