Q6600 all the way. Crysis/UT3/Alan Wake/HL2:Ep2 etc etc etc.. All Multicore optimised. encoding, rendering... obviously the Q6600...

Difference is not justified. Itll be better to get a SBLive 7.1, or an XFi XtremeGamer or something, with the money you save. P5K-C, supports DDR2 and DDR3 Memory both. While the Blitz Formula supports only DDR2. Go for a P5K-E or a P5K-C, IMHO.
