CD Bank cataloger. WhereISit I use both of them .. ( ^&%&%& one ) they work fine. I think you can even create a list of folder as well.

1. Try locating you pst manually , see where is it. Then create new account setup ( if you already have then ignore) and then open the old folder from folder menu. File->Open->Outlook Data File 2. Login using Admin ID and delete anything u want.

Only I can say there must be some thing wrong with the external casing. If you get in hand try with other casing. Another thing some time Laptop ( old days) will have High Speed USB port and normal usb port you may check that. If you have laptop and desktop you can try sending files to desktop...
