    Opera has a pop-up blocker out of the box. You dont need any 3rd party software. They have improved the pop-up blocker in v9. They work very well. And also Opera doesnt allow 3rd part toolbars.All it allows are buttons.

    As Raghunandan said in v9 TP2 you can block ads.Also get one of those filters available in the net with a list of blocked ads etc. If you are using an older version then use http://www.operaadfilter.com/ Darthcoder what else do you want? Allthough opera doesnt have extensions many functions...
