sidenote just in case - that fast boot from asus is annoying that thing just throws in OS directly, too quickly and it can do other random a$$ stuff too. (its as if it has its own mind/mood). and everytime one resets cmos it will be back , it will be back ON. so you will need to turn it off...

my bet is on mobo/asus shitty bios and cpu's mem-controller, cuz when i searched your issue many poped up with same cpu and same mobo brand. (no offense i use asus mobo too)

Those last two letters are for just colours of sticks. RS = silver white NR = BLACK/MATTE BLACK. So your sticks are correct. ( And most of time it doesn't matter if they are on qvl or not ) Did u buy those sticks from amazon? ------------ Are u sure you set all the timings one by one manually...

you could try running just a single stick of RAM at the rated speed and see if it posts with EXPO enabled. If the system boots with just one stick but fails with both, it could point to a motherboard or RAM issue. You could also try different slots. ---------- mobo screws, dont overtight them...
