2mbps @ 3000 is way too expensive.(BSNL 3G Unlimited costs 3000 per month!!!!)
If u need Unlimited connection, go for BSNL UL 750,It's got good speed for browsing and occasional downloading.
Otherwise i would say BSNL Night UL 500 is best.Allows one to download 100 Gb per month.100 Gb per...
Q6600 is good one but it's not available anymore.
And it is 65 nm processor compared to the 45 nm ones which are recently available in the market. Some shops do sell old stock but they charge extravagant prices for it.
I knew that there are 2 types of overclocking:-
1.By directly increasing CPU multiplier(on intel EE/AMD black edition processors)
2.Increasing mobo FSB
Basically I wanted to know why Intel/AMD charge that extra buck for EE and black edition processors.
Is there any performance difference...
I saw 2 quad core processors with the same base clock speed-q9400 and i7 920 , both at 2.66 Ghz. The first one costs about 9500 and the second one costs 14500. Is there enough performance difference to justify the extra 5000 that one pays to get the i7? If yes, in what areas can one expect to...
Can Anybody recommend me a processor within 9k which is very good for number crunching.I am not going to play games so gaming is not very important for me.Whats the minimum cache required for hardcore number crunching?
Can u suggest an initial title and subject matter with which to start the topic...???
I will be glad start another topic provided the mods/admins don't have a problem........
haha:ohyeah::ohyeah::ohyeah::ohyeah::ohyeah::ohyeah::rofl::rofl::rofl:
Now thats good...........
If the mods/admins have no problem, I would like to continue with this thread.....
For E5200, The G31 based mobo is good enough..........
But if u plan to upgrade later to a quad core and use a better GPU and more RAM, then going for the G43/P45 chipset is better.
oh..................
come on.........
u fail to get my point every time....
I said that LGA 775 is not so bad since it supports core 2 quad 45 nm processors which should get u a long way unless u need something that hard.
Also , secondly I did'nt say that g31 will be completely outdated next...
LGA 775 is not so outdated as u think......
It will be in use even in 2010 and 2011.....
And the biggest advantage of LGA 775 is that it supports quad core 45 nm pcocessors which should get u going for a long time.
Selling items (especially G31 mobos) does'nt come to my mind very easily because...
ohhhhhhhhhhh.....
come on.............
I am talking about upgrade options.............
If u plan to use the E5200 forever, then it's ok to use G31.
If u plan to upgrade a year later, then it's better to invest in a future proof motherboard. Here are the points
1.Since the user talks about IGP...
I am talking about upgrade options...........
These days, even mid-range gaming PC's are recommended 2 x 2Gb of ram.
So u might need more than 4 Gb of ram in the future which the G31 does not allow...........
And there is significant increase in performance by using PCIe x16 v2.0 even in mid...
Thats why i recommend people to buy a more costly board for better performance.
Don't look only at the external GPU options..............
Also see what other things(extra) that u are getting on a standard G43 board like the Asus P5QL-CM..........
By the way, I am not saying that go for a G43...
Yes...........
The release date is AUG 2007.......!!!!!!!!!
The other limitations are:
1.No support for DDR3 ram on the G31
2. Max memory support only 4 Gb
3. Supports only PCIe x16 and not PCIe x16 v2.0
4.Onboard graphics(GMA 3100) is not so good as compared to the x 4500
Don't u find the above...
Maybe true.........
But i only know that ASUS is quite good.........
And a motherboard with G31 northbridge and ICH7 southbridge is pretty outdated and lame performer
The model I recommended has G43 northbridge and ICH10....
try this software here:
Safely Remove Hardware in one click! USB, SATA, Firewire. Keyboard shortcuts for stopping, clear device names, remove a device from the icon
Ok...........got it.......
So u want people to believe that an entry level motherboard costing Rs.2700 will perform better than the ASUS P5QL-CM which costs twice it's price......
And strictly saying Asus is not that bad although not as good as gigabyte.
So, In no way is your statement correct...
What do you mean...???
The G31-s2l has a old northbridge and southbridge and it's onboard VGA is Intel GMA 3100...It does'nt even have a HDMI port....
If u r going for onboard graphics after all, why go for an entry level one. The midrange ones within 4k-6k sports Intel GMA 4500(latest) and...
