Is there any difference in spotting enemies while playing on a bigger screen?. I am finding it very difficult to spot the enemy while gaming on my 15 incher laptop and end up getting killed even before i could spot them.

I started playing yesterday.. But damn i die so often. Of the 4 games i played i killed around 9 but died around 25 times :( . It is very difficult to spot the enemies unlike BF2 where it was so much easier.
