Looking at the temporal period of obsolescence of GPUs these days, i guess it is always better to go for second hand units. Imagine dropping a bomb on 4090, and NVIDIA making it obsolete within 6 -8 months. brutal!

I agree to disagree. Nintendo games are fun, but they are limited by an ageing hardware. They innovated with switch, but 5 years have passed since release. The least they could do was a mid gen refresh. Now that wont happen. I hope they target the TV segment with their next gen console...
