I have been using videocon hd for last 2 years. Last month got a second videocon connection. I am satisfied with the service. UI lags a bit, but it's not a big deal. Logo is very transparent and you will hardly notice it.

Even I have been using Greenshot for a long time. It is a very good alternative to SnagIt.
