Thanks. I thought of that myself, but won't risk these costly parts on an experiment. One wrong wire and sh*t can go down. The one that Mac-IT assembled was so bad that every time I put in a pen drive, it used to fry that drive in less than a minute. Lost 3 PDs on my new pc before I took it back...

I do not know how to assemble a PC. :p And I cannot trust the local computer shops near my area as they probably would have never assembled a gaming cpu worth this much. After the mac-IT fail I am a bit skeptical.

Since you're running a server, you are better off paying the extra bucks and getting non-assembled one. Since you will have a lot of important files on this PC, your business depends on it. In case of any issues like load-up, slow running, not turning-on etc you can contact just one manufacturer...

Ofcourse, I just take the online prices as a benchmark that it cannot be more than 'x' price so I can go into shop having a fair bit of idea of the prices. You will obviously get it cheaper if you go to any physical store. Are you from Mumbai by any chance? BTW most of the reviews of the 290...
