2 SMD's came off the PCB, you resoldered them, but are they even working anymore? And how did they come off while attaching a fan? I dont think your PSU is the issue. I have a strong feeling your GPU has conked off, more because of the SMD's having come off rather than the fan incident.

I had seen the billing from distributor for 6700xt and it was a flat 60k for one of the models, cant remember which one. Its not one of the best cards for mining and its still significantly overpriced from the distri bill. RTX 3060 is at between 40-44k distri billing depending on model. Anyway...
