Have noticed that none of them are bothered with the display specs . IMHO .. I would look for a nice screen with 400 nits brightness , IPS and a 4k display . Would not be bothered if it came with a celeron processor .

I am assuming that the Mobo cannot output 4k over HDMI . It should be able to do it over DVI-D . If the graphics processor (in this case the CPU) can support 4k I see no reason why it cannot output the same over DVI. I can understand that doing it over HDMI would be limiting .

The CPU will draw power according to the processing required . For browsing the CPU should be more at an idle state . So PSU problem is ruled out .
