    See a signal problem could just be a loose antenna. But then is it Wifi or GSM that is having the issue. I would suggest you buy it on conditional basis i.e. if it can be fixed under a certain amount. I can direct you to a guy who should be able to repair it.

    I have confirmed with Apple, it does have Warranty. All you have to tell them is the Serial Number. Thats it.
