A quick update: The phone has been found, It was with one guy of the DTDC. DTDC guys are giving stories there. Seller is waiting for one of the cop to come there. DTDC guys have stolen the phone from the parcel and repacked it and sent me the box without phone wow, great courier service.

I just had words with the DTDC Gwalior guys and he himself said that it's very much possible that the mobile has been taken out somewhere in between stating stealing/theft is very much possible in DTDC and he also said me that sender should have used the DTDC...

@ravihpa I have sent the photos of the parcel and it's box to the OP and he messaged me early morning that It was not the packaging which he did on the parcel saying that those DTDC guys have changed the complete packaging. If the OP is right so it means that DTDC guys have took the mobile out...
