not very sure, but check your PSU, RAM and motherboard. One of these must be the culprit. suggest you to start with PSU - > RAM - > mobo.

FD is definitely good and reliable option, but you can also check some fixed maturity plans as well, it might fetch better than FD.

IMO, it looks okay. however it is just my opinion. Some may not agree with it.

The attached pics are too small and makes it difficult to interpret anything. BTW the HDFC netbanking url is - http://www.hdfcbank.com/assets/popuppages/netbanking.htm which doesn't seem to be there in your pics.

Razer Naga Hex is one more option, but razer's durability is major concern here. G500 is also a no go, it is not as robust as we think; currently using one and facing click issues randomly.

@OP, If you have narrowed down to the logitech G15 and G110 , IMO G110 is a better option if you don't want the LCD screen. I have G15 and I have never bothered to see what is there on the LCD screen. The USB ports can't be used to plug pen drives and are USB 1.1 means of no use. With G110 ...
