in your bill there is a account no right on top with all other details. that is what you have to enter. how were you paying your bills. when you pay by cheque you have to write that account number. ask the CC what your account no is if you dont have a bill

^correct just connect a wire to that splitter's adsl port, leave the other end of that wire hanging i.e. no need to connect it to anything

i keep getting disconnections regularly from about 11.30 pm - 1 am almost every other day even though modem shows light that it is connected to net

was facing same issue & doing the bold part in above quote helped. put a splitter on your parallel line. on that splitter also make sure to connect a wire to the unused modem port also. dont know why, but that's needed
