On various online shopping sites I had seen that they write the RAM frequency (such as 800MHz or 1600Mhz) while selling laptops. I want to know what actually it means. Is it related with processor speed (as processors had to read from RAM)? Which is better lower or higher frequency RAM?

My budget is upto 25k but can add 2k-4k in it if required. I need laptop for office use + internet surfing + which can run heavy softwares like photoshop cs6 extended (in 3D mode) and other heavy graphics softwares + which can also play latest games(may be in medium quality). Screen size is not...
