First check if the importer is Acro or Tirupati. Because Acro just brushed if off when I went to them with Tirupati imported sticks and invoice. Not sure if there is a 3rd. Should be mentioned on the packaging.

Unless your mobo explicitly supports both audio in & out from a single jack (like the jack on a smartphone) You may need to get a splitter.

How many poles does the audio jack have ? Did the headphones come with a splitter ? You're only connected to one port ie headphones so...
