There are sellers selling 9070xt for 69k now. At MSRP, taking into account $1 = Rs. 100. For the performance you get, I don't think it's a bad price. Can it be better? Maybe possibly go closer to 60k? I hope, but we all know no retailer would be able to hit that.

Have seen blower style 3080s for 22-23k. might be worth it if you decide to pop another fan on it and remove the shroud.
