If the current trend of more power for more performance in graphics continues then yes. I recently built my system with the below specs for around 1.45 lacs:

850w PSU is overkill for this build if you dont plan on upgrading cpu or gpu in near future, 750w is enough. Also you can save 1k if you go with 7600 instead of 7600x performance gain is negligible and you can use pbo to stretch 7600 to 7600x performance.

I agree on this we may not get msrp cards for a year from now. I dont think they will ever go below 65k for lower tier cards too. The extra 5k is greedy retailer tax.

You can check gpu heaven too for used cards. The owner is responsive on WhatsApp too. You can give them a call for your enquiries.

I doubt it will go below 68k with the current demand.
