A cheap wifi / bluetooth music streamer cum DAC

You can consider the iFi Zen Blue V2 streamer/dac in that budget (no personal experience) I use a Wiim Pro (streamer only) with Topping E50 (DAC). The Zen Blue V2 built-in DAC should ok, but if that doesn't cut it, you can always buy a better DAC later and hook up to the coaxial out

The Rpi4 performance is very good with Openwrt. The USB to Ethernet adapter will work but is a compromise. If you dont need gigabit speeds, use VLANs on the native ethernet

Proxmox Thread - Home Lab / Virtualization

PC Peripherals Managed vs Unmanaged Switch and related questions

VLANs, QoS, Multicast etc It is not mandatory but depends on your router and requirements. Suppose if you want multiple zones and your router does not have enough ports in the router to provision interfaces per zone, then you will need to use VLANs

    Linux The GNU Linux Thread

One thing you can try is to press Ctrl+Alt+F1 (or F2 / F3) and see the installer log. The log will help you to understand why the mount is failing. I am on a different distro, will download the Fedora 40 and try it out the install in a virtual machine
