I don't think there should be a problem as I'm using aftermarket inlet hose 3m as my dishwasher is placed away from the tap. Just make sure you use the water filter supplied by the manufacturer between the tap and pipe and you are good to go.

Try to run some synthetic benchmarks first and see if you are getting somewhere around manufacturers claimed speeds. If you are 90% or closer to claimed speeds all is good.
