Got the phone back today. And the hue/tint has disappeared :D The display is still the same. They just changed the motherboard. And they flashed my firmware to Android 2.3.5 XXKI4. Phew , a sigh of relief at last :) Those who have the yellow hue/tint issue shall get their motherboard replaced...

It is not a hardware issue. They said they will change the motherboard , which has the OS installed on it , so it has to be a software issue.

I went to SSC , they changed the display and it was all the same. Then they changed the motherboard and it was pure white. Although the colors seemed to be a bit washed out. Yes mine was KF3 only i guess. People said on other forums that the problem disappeared after upgrading to KGx firmware...

My SGS2 runs 1080p flash videos on Youtube buttery smooth ! And so do the normal MKV 1080p !! Every video is buttery smooth with no lag or chop whatsoever.

Terrible battery life :( what to do?

My phone is on 2.3.3, i let the battery drain out completely ( it did in 3.30 hours) and now am charging it. So shall i charge it for 8 hours ?

Won't the Galaxy S be getting the ICS ? I think it should. For me , i would be using this phone for 2-2.5 years , so i guess SGS2 would be the right choice? How is the normal voice call clarity ? I mean without earphones. How is the audio loudspeaker ?
