My motherboard's bios has auto option set by default for all the voltages so I don't really know which ones are the stock. Is there any way of finding them out or I have to look for the stocks on the internet? Plus, most people are able to take this cpu to 4ghz at 1.4v, do I need more?

Yes the 6670 graphic card would be sufficient for those games :) and that Mobo is awesome for overclocking afaik. If you really want to OC, I would suggest you should get an aftermarket cooler too as overclocking on a stock HSF isn't really recommended.

You will not be able to overclock with a HXX chipset mother board. The Sapphire HD6850 is a great card if you can afford it, otherwise HD5770 will be sufficient for the games you are going to play.

Having the game run at higher fps causes the game to reduce delay between each bullet in certain weapons like the AK 47. The delay reduction is very small ~20ms tops so I think it doesn't matter much. Dunno about the other bugs/exploits though.
