Even if Jelly Beans is not released. Root is possible for Atrix HD, Safestrap always works & you can flash any custom ROMs, Jelly Beans has nothing so much special except Google Now. I am using Samsung Galaxy Nexus on RCDMA with Jelly Beans.

Atrix HD is good. I have imported one already. Motorola build quality is far better than any Samsung or HTC. S&H die just by smell of water. Motorola on the other hand can be dipped (got wet during rain) and dried, have tried it myself.
