Omnia M has only 4GB storage and 384mb RAM. Plus all current phones won't be updated to wp8 anyway.

It supports USB OTG. However, mounting array has not been natively included(i.e. keyboard, mice work but not USB drives) but we are away from external storage support by a single custom rom. :) A very good device at that pricepoint.

Nexus has TI OMAP 4460 and S2 i9100G has TI OMAP 4430. There's a slight difference is in performance. Nexus also offers a pure google experience and IMHO, the best bang for buck phone in that range.
