If you stay in Mumbai, do visit Alfa store in Andheri. They had the Xperia S dealer warranty for 23k. IMHO, S2 is a good phone but it feels kinda dated now. And Mali-400 GPU and Adreno 220 are on par in most of the tests. The only drawback with the XS is that there's a nonremovable battery.

I would rather go with the Maxx. IMHO, no point in spending 28-30k on any of these phones when you can get GNexus for 23-24k with dealer warranty...
It supports USB OTG. However, mounting array has not been natively included(i.e. keyboard, mice work but not USB drives) but we are away from external storage support by a single custom rom. :)

Nexus has TI OMAP 4460 and S2 i9100G has TI OMAP 4430. There's a slight difference is in performance. Nexus also offers a pure google experience and IMHO, the best bang for buck phone in that range.
Two Pros that Nitro HD has over the nexus is the processor and the screen. The AH-IPS panel is a joy look at and 1.5GHz snapdragon screams on android. Nexus on the other hand has a better battery life and ICS out of the box.
