Finally... I got it fixed yesterday.. the problem wz with motherboard only.. I took the whole CPU to NP (Computer Empire).. their they diagnosed and find the problem.. I went to gigabyte was in next building only.. they replaced it again.. :D.. and I received a new Processor also :P So thanks...

They are saying its rusty and no warranty for rusted products... though there is very little rust on the screws of fan.. I think its due to the pooor build quality of saphire... and the humid climate..
