They haven't pickup return shipment since 20 days now but got refund after 3rd call to CC. Shipments even after Prime membership takes more than 7 days now.

It happens when they are either not delivering to your address or the item has gone OOS. Check for any message on the top screen.

Same happened to me with XpressBees. Their CC don't pick up calls and emails get reply after 4 days. They are not even present on any of the social platforms for immediate attention. Had to call the ecommerce company to escalate the issue.

Bought in Qatar, so warranty wouldn't apply here. The modules are box packed(except one which is still not taken out). I have three modules and the price quoted is for one module only.
