How many RAM Modules are you using? Try with RAM in different slots too. Sometimes even good looking RAM turns out bad or a faulty RAM Slot too can be the culprit.

But Payment still fails with this message.

That's a great alternative if the seller accept that method. I was trying to make purchase in Aliexpress but now it won't except payment. On Saturday night I was able to make a purchase but now nothing is going through both on App and Website.. Even on ebay, no delivery to India from China...

If it's not the iGPU/ Video memory then it might be the RAM.. Remove the RAM and try powering it ON and listen if your hear the 3 beeps for missing RAM . Then clean the copper contacts of the RAM with a Rubber Eraser and re-seat the RAM and power it ON.

This is really sad, if no refund for non-trackable orders. It like playing lottery with our money now :(

Received the phone about 10 days back. The charger received with the phone was a old Apple 5V 1A charger instead of the Original Huawei 18W Quick Charger. The charging cable provided had a bad USB-A connector so you spend more time adjusting the cable to the charger than charging the phone. So...
