Video Card (DDR3/DDR5 GPU with DP output)

Before doing any reflowing, please watch this video (if you haven't already). Qualified tech who knows what he's talking about. You'll have a better idea about what exactly happens and why it only works (inadvertently) sometimes. Now, if you're sure you've tried everything else and someone's...

    NVIDIA GTX 1060 3GB/6GB

You are in fact notified when a new thread is posted if you are watching a forum e.g the Sell/Buy or Trade one and you have enabled alerts and/or email notifications. Yeah I have seen guides refer to it as FC as well but in game its referred to as LC since its the Lost City of Kitezh. Anyway...

Compatibility issue regarding motherboard and graphics card

Not with a 1050. Its not going to come close to saturating the bandwidth of even a 2.0 slot. Don't think even high end single GPUs are held back by 2.0 slots. People are running cards like the 1080 off of 2.0 slots w/o any issues. And even if there's a performance difference with high end cards...

    NVIDIA GTX 1060 3GB/6GB

What you call the Frozen City is Lost City (where the Deathless ones are encountered). Strange you were getting lower fps there. Its not as intensive as the other two areas. 18 fps? Damn! I was annoyed when I went down to the mid 40s. :p Yeah it's done well but you could do with an upgrade...

Compatibility issue regarding motherboard and graphics card

Every PCI-E 3.0 gpu like the 1050 is backwards compatible with PCI-E 2.0 slots like the one in your Intel DH61WW board. I am running a RX 470 which is PCI-E 3.0 card on an Intel Z68 board which has a PCI-E 2.0 slot.

    NVIDIA GTX 1060 3GB/6GB

Dropping down to medium settings would have kept you above 30fps consistently and provided a much more fluid experience. Even with a 470 and a mix of high/very high settings, my fps would drop down to the mid 40s in certain spots in DX12 mode. Anyway, if you were around 30 fps for most of the...
