My personal experience with MSI was horrible. The build quality and thermals are the worst. I had a display issue with mine and they didn't offer any solution, I had to import a replacement display and replace it myself. Stick to Lenovo.

I would save up a bit more and upgrade both the CPU and GPU. I picked up a Rtx 2060 super used for 8.5k recently so if you are open to looking at used parts you can upgrade CPU and GPU for ~20-25k.
