What's your budget ? To be honest 5600X isn't that hot so even the cooler that comes in a box should be fine. Deepcool AK620 is an overkill for this (but it's good to have if your budget allows it). Deepcool AG400/AK400 also solid options and a less expensive than AK620.

I got the Antec Signature 1300W for my 4090. It is a great PSU. If you don't want to go into much details, this is basically a Seasonic Prime PSU but rebranded as Antec. Should do you good. ATX 3.0 gonna cost an arm and a leg so be wary of that. Stay away from Thermaltake.

The ones from Amazon basic should do the job. Or Rife. I have both and they have been good to me. I have mounted a 34" and a 27" on it.
