These are amazing pieces of hardware. Unlike most routers, they have a DEDICATED 5G Band for mesh, leaving the normal 5G and 2.4G for you to use. The result is very little to no latency between the master and satellite nodes.

I have paired a LN1301 with MX4200 back home, and they covering 2500sqft across 3 floors comfortably. They support hardware QoS, and wireguard speeds of upto 400Mbps in my testing. 2GB RAM also helps with optimistic caching bringing down the adguard processing time to under 20ms.

To anyone eyeing the MX4200, it’s a must to pair it with at least one LN1301.

Guys these are good routers considering the price and hardware. When compared to what currently you get in the market.

Have been using these for sometime now. They are pretty stable and work well once setup.

does anyone know if the 4300 have better range than Asus RT-AX1800HP ?

Not sure about your specific model, but i have used lot of wifi routers and access points and LN1301 is best range + best performance. And for me it ran for several months without even restart. All this in stock firmware.

Doubt it. Better to add an Aimesh supported router even wirelessly. It will give you much better coverage.
