3D Printing Service (PAN India)

got a few 3d printed cases printed for me and a few other friends who built this split keyboard a while back. had been in the talks about the prints for over a month, he was patient and was kind enough to send a reprint when it had a small crack. Thank you for the service!!

To OP as well how hot can the HDD be in these 3D printed things. Don’t they melt easily?

PETG dont melt easily and are known for durability

Key properties and advantages of PETG for 3D printing:

  • High strength and impact resistance: More robust and less brittle than PLA, with toughness close to ABS, which suits PETG for mechanical parts and functional prints.

  • Good chemical resistance: Withstands exposure to many acids, alkalis, oils, and salts, making it useful for industrial and laboratory applications.

  • Moderate temperature resistance: Withstands temperatures up to 70–80°C, making it more heat-resistant than PLA but less so than ABS

@slippery the black PETG with white dots/specs, which brand is this?

Just PETG frum Numakers, that affect is created by the textured print plate so only the bottom side of the print looks like that.

Got lego speed champions stand 3d printed and they came out as expected.

See how some original lego speed champions, fake speed champions and small sized cars built by my son are staying on it.

Got these feet printed for my case. The original ones had broken ages ago and my pc had become a see-saw waiting to be ridden. Now my Carbide 400r stands like it used to!

A+ service, good guy.

Replacement feet link in case anyone has the same case- Replacement Feet for Corsair 100R Mid-Tower PC Case by Michael Pasqualone | Download free STL model | Printables.com

These fit more firmly than the original ones. No wobble.

Has anyone had a pill box 3d printed? Something similar to this.

Got a couple of stuff. Wanted to spend 2 mins on the same.

  • Seller’s work is good. He is clear about his limitations and happy to adjust where he can. I shared the 3d model files and he could increase the dimensions to a certain extent which could serve my specific purpose.
  • Pricing is fine I guess. Slightly higher than mass produced goods I would say but then I think custom jobs can demand something more. Overall I’m pleased with the value I’ve got out of the order.
  • Packaging was just about adequate. I could hear things rattling inside when I shook the unopened package. While all goods were present and undamaged, they can be more tightly packed imo.
  • Dtdc is useless. For multiple days no one including their customer care knew the status of the order.

My orders :

  1. Headphone holder (retrofitting it to use it also as controller holder)
  2. (Modified) cable management box
  3. Gpu sag bracket

One last thing - handle 3d stuff with care.. they’re fragile!

Bro i was looking for this! Cant believe you posted the exact same thing right before i came😂 Hi5!

Which filter is this from the Mi website? 3499 one?

What did it cost to print?

What 3d print design did you use for it? Link?

What fan you using? Needs ac to fb adapter? Cost of both?

Any thing else you found while doing this?

I want to make atleast 4 of these asap. On the Whatsapp group there’s atleast 5 more people interested. I hope you and the OP can help with this.

I’ve couple of these from Amazon for my Air purifier 3 and 4 lite (this specific one is for MI 3 that’s commonly available, 20cm wide and 30cm height)

Slippery should’ve the adapter STL, got it 3D printed in PETG, should cost 660 for the adapter. I had this fan which is labeled as AC fan but its actually Delta AFC1512DG 12V DC fan (bought quite some time back for open air build).

Everything came together quite well. You just need the fan (costs around 1.2k these days, bought for 400 a year back XD), the 3D printed adapter and 3-5A 12v DC adapter. There are 120mm fan adapters as well but 120mm server fan are very noisy, this is bearable with just enough static pressure (250 cfm and 0.5 inch H2O) and minimum vibration.
