I want a 40 inch (100cm) tv. My cabinet is fixed and 92 cm length. Currently have an old panasonic 720p 32 inch tv which was upgraded from a 27/29 inch crt.
With new edgeless tvs I can just about fit a 40 inch. This was not possible a decade ago. There used to be a lot of models but now have disappeared. All the big brands seems to being phasing out. Year on year choices have become extremely limited. I saw an acer 40 inch qled for 15k a few months ago, now only TCL remains.
My requirement is 1080p smart, 3 hdmi inputs, good viewing angle. Is not urgent but like I mentioned, choices have dried up.
