PM privileges unlock when you reach level Disciple.
Everyone should still be able to receive incoming PMs.
I’m unable to start new conversations with anyone nor reply - and I’ve come to know that some people are not able to message me as well. Wasn’t a problem till today morning. Any ideas?
I am unable to PM anyone and others are unable to PM me. Anyone else have this issue? What can I do to reenable the private messages?
Not sure what the issue is. Will bring it to the admin’s notice.
I just dm’d @@codwapeace, let’s see if it reaches them. I was able to use the “start conversation” button after selecting their profile picture on mobile if that’s relevant.
It did. But, I can’t see the “Start conversation” button on a PC browser.
Thanks, I just tried through mobile and sadly the button is missing there as well.

Not able to start new conversations as well. Though I started one today can’t do it now.

I can see the option to send PMs to all participants here with all themes, it must be something wrong with configuration of your accounts.

He said starting conversations should work for level Disciple and above (which all of you are). Will ask him to check.

I’m not getting notified of PMs either. When I open inbox, there are new messages but in read form.
Lolol people in sale threads must be going crazy because no one can start conversations now. I don’t see that option too.

From what I could understand, all members ranked Disciple and below have got the PM option disabled.
Can’t message any member. No start conversation on member page or messages page.
