Both my parents today changed their services. From Airtel, they have now taken a BSNL connection. Airtel was very annoying and not a good service at all. I think the more customers they get, the more lazy they seem to be getting as the workload on them is increasing.
They send at least 5-6 spam SMS’s a day. Very annoying.

yeah you are right.. am planning to send in a letter asking them to quit sending any sms . hope it works
bsnl .. hows the connection ? i heard from a friend that they have some reliability problems .. and downtime etc
why dont you guys go for reliance. as far as i am concerned its the best.
