Had received the psu a few days ago.. There is coil whine present under not so heavy loads, or maybe its inaudible due to high fan speeds at heavier loads.. Either way, op helped and contacted primeabgb and gave me 2 possible ways to rma the psu, will try doing so after some time..
The psu is working fine otherwise.
