Amd just should test the cpu on their own on max load for 3 months. before releasing to public
They probably do , but its difficult to control factors like asrock motherboards turning into murderboards
first intel burning up, now amd, (asus mobo also damaging gpu and then the gigabyte gpu leaking thermal goo, zotac gpu burning up,
the only cpu with no issues these days I have seen are the new intel 15th series (core ultra whatever the f the name is), like i havent heard any issues except that its not a good gaming cpu
