There’s something wrong with Flipkart Pincode system now a days. When I add my pincode, it just says not deliverable, however when I choose Previously Saved Address, it becomes deliverable 
. It works.
As usual, flipkart deals are location specific. It is available for me at 390009 for 11k. No offense to OP but just order it from any other reputed store than Flipkart and save your self from any potential hassle.

Have ordered multiple intel CPUs from them. Had an alight experience. One time one of the cpus came damaged in shipping. Due to Open-Box delivery order was cancelled there and then I received the refund for the same. The catch is to know what to check is all.
