I already possess
M.2 NVMe 250GB SSD
and
2.5" 1TB HDD
I will be buying a AIO Liquid Cooling 360mm in future and also extra storage too.
Eventually I will save up some money and buy a good high end Graphic Card.
Please suggest me if this is good or am I missing something or anything in general is much appreciated.
A 3300x along with a dedicated GPU (1650/1660) is a much cheaper and vfm option for now. You could upgrade the CPU later.
The Ryzen 4750G hasn’t been launched for retail market in India yet. (No retail in US also, only OEM). The ones listed on few indian websites are grey market pieces without retail packaging (no box, no OE cooler). No official warranty also. Hence you might have to wait a bit if you’re keen on 4750G in particular.
What is your existing hardware configuration (component name - component brand and model)

From where you’re getting 4750G? I don’t think it’s available anywhere in Indian retail market. Probably it never will.
For gaming you would need dGPU, you can’t play AAA titles with iGPU. Go for atleast 1650S.
I assume you intend to go for 3070 or higher in the future, so the reason for 700w I guess. Go for better quality PSU than VP, something line Earthwatts Gold Pro.
It’s a balanced build which you can fit in your budget, i5 10400F + 1650S.
If the high end purchase is in the very near future, then get used GT710 or something for now and go with 5600X or 3700X.
If you really want octa core with iGPU, then i7 10700 is the one.
It will better if you go with 3600 used for 13-14k or 3300x 9-11k
Get a basic card for now`, later as u said upgrade.
The pricing of 4750G is insane now…
My idea was like to get a good core count cpu like 8 cores 16 threads as it will help me in running game engine softwares. Later I got to know about this APU, so this let’s me both game dev and lite gaming. That was my impression and main reason to opt this apu. Ik I can get a low end or used dedicated GPU card, but I don’t want to waste money on that as I will save up and upgrade for high end one.
You can also undercut on ram. I think 16gb is more than fine if you are only starting game dev.
As others have suggested you can go for other cpu like 3600 rather than oem option.
You can use this savings to get a good 4gb gpu for now and then upgrade later.
Stay away form gigabyte boards if you plan for argb/rgb thing as its too buggy. Asus or Msi anyday though msi ass sucks in India else Asrock is good too.
