!, but when the temps go like 50- 57 the jet engine resumes 
, again @ 4000+ RPM 
& when i play GTA 4 or other games even though the temps are on the safe side ( 55-58 ) the Fan speed skyrockets !

Yes .Pls change ur CPU cooler.It will surly make difference.

No. That cooler might be a jet engine but it is really good, probably the best stock cooler Iāve seen bundled with AMDs. Btw that noise is quite a good indication of how hot the CPU is. I use that as my temperature monitor

For 2k, get the Coolermaster Hyper 212+
@OPāyou can further undervolt it to 1.20V also,I told you about the hyper tx-2 i haveāyou can take thatāits lying around and iāve never used it for more than 10 days.
Cooler Master Hyper 212+ is good for u.
