Just bought a Karbonn A9 for dad. A very good purchase I must say. The phone is awesome for the price it sells for (1 GHz Processor, 512 MB RAM, 3.8" HVGA display, 5 MegaPixel Camera, 1600 mAh battery, Dual-sim etc.) It looks good and performs pretty well for a 9k phone.
Thanks Guys for quick suggestions, I am more inclined towards A9.
Galaxy Y has a very bad resolution.
LG Optimus Net also has a Dual sim version. Its price is 10k or less.

Spice is supposed to release 5 new Androids in the next week or two, and most of these are supposed to be ICS based.
If we’re lucky we may get the same specs as the Karbonn A9 along with Android 4.0.
But since you need it ASAP, I’d suggest getting the Karbonn (and posting a detailed review here. )
